Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio performance and ROI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums

- Mentor R&D teams on market-relevant applications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing next-generation innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, sustainable AI, or biotechnology convergence
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's in CS, Engineering, or Business Strategy preferred)
- Experience scaling technology ventures from concept to global market penetration
