Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Identify emerging technology risks and opportunities through market intelligence
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Experience scaling innovations from lab to market
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment decisions
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
