Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and architectural standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices.
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of our AI infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our products.
- Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and system APIs for seamless team onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python, Java, or C++.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
