Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of our enterprise-wide 2026 AI and cloud architecture roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with overarching business goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and software developers.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, specifically focusing on advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Ensure all architectural solutions meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational scalability.
- Drive technical due diligence for potential M&A and strategic partnerships within the AI space.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, enterprise-level technical transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
