Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the overarching technology strategy for our 2026 AI product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate visionary concepts into scalable software solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and hardware accelerators to ensure our tech stack remains best-in-class.
- Present strategic roadmaps and progress updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential market disruptions and proactively adapt our 2026 initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on advanced AI implementation and best practices.
- Partner with external research institutions and industry leaders to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or senior software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of successfully launching large-scale, disruptive technology products.
- Deep understanding of current AI trends, LLM architectures, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating complex concepts.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
