Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end systems integrating quantum computing, AI, and blockchain technologies for 2026 use cases
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists through full development lifecycle
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market impact analysis
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs before enterprise deployment
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Mentor junior architects in emerging tech best practices and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of deploying production-level systems using quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Certification in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Qiskit) or advanced AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field preferred
