Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Architect scalable AI solutions, integrating generative models, predictive analytics, and quantum computing concepts.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and system security.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into current product lines.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of launching high-impact technology products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and neural networks.
- Experience managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong background in strategic planning, product management, and technical roadmap creation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
