Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn valuations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
