Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 5-year technology roadmap with a specific focus on the 2026 operational goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Next-Gen Web) to identify viable business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-tech concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Develop frameworks for scalability and future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects on long-term technical strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to forecast their impact on the market.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
