Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for long-term technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and market demands.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (Quantum, AI, Blockchain) to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Innovation Management: Oversee the innovation lab, managing proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and driving the adoption of breakthrough technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Assess technical debt and resource requirements to ensure sustainable growth and scalability.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences and publish insights on future technology trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership, with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar initiatives.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data and craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
