Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of our strategic vision for the year 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI convergence and quantum readiness.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Synthetic Media, Neural Interfaces) to forecast market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to investors and board members, securing buy-in for high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal "Future Labs" initiatives to prototype and test disruptive technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify threats and opportunities that could impact our market position.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic management, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically Generative AI and Web3 protocols.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to set long-term strategic direction and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating uncertainty and making data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Leadership: Experience managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
