Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and the emerging landscape of 2026.
- Oversee Agentic AI Integration: Direct the integration of autonomous AI agents into core business workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Quantum Readiness Strategy: Identify and prioritize quantum computing use cases that will become viable by 2026.
- Future Trends Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to predict disruptions and advise executive leadership on necessary pivots.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future technologies to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Manage a dedicated R&D team focused on experimental technologies slated for deployment in 2026.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to C-Suite executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation in fast-paced environments.
