Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for the '2026 Vision' initiative, identifying key emerging technologies that will drive market dominance.
- Tech Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Supremacy, and Web3 integration.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term R&D investments.
- Partnership Management: Foster relationships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal 'Innovation Lab' to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies regarding future tech adoption and provide actionable intelligence to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a strategic role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of forecasting tech trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and early-stage Quantum Computing applications.
