Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, identifying key disruptive technologies and their integration points.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Biotech) to forecast market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before mass adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term strategic investments.
- Partnerships: Identify and forge strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions focused on 2026-era technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product development.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating technological shifts and translating them into business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including but not limited to Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
