Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategy for technology adoption, identifying key innovations that will define our market position in 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Continuously monitor global technology trends (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) and produce quarterly reports on their potential impact on our business.
- Innovation Prototyping: Spearhead pilot programs for emerging technologies, evaluating their viability before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and align engineering teams with long-term strategic goals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and market shifts to identify gaps and opportunities for disruption.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that align with our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or R&D leadership, with a demonstrated focus on long-term planning.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and create clear, actionable roadmaps from abstract concepts.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting strategic visions to C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to pivot strategies based on rapidly evolving market conditions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
