Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging paradigms such as Neural Symbolic AI and Quantum-Enhanced Machine Learning.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with our 2026 product vision.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of deep learning models for reduced latency and increased efficiency on edge devices.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or Computer Vision architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
