Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for autonomous agents and next-generation LLMs.
- Lead research initiatives focused on AGI alignment, safety protocols, and cognitive architectures.
- Optimize large-scale transformer models for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and advanced machine learning research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping high-impact production models.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in long-term projects.
