Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and development of the company's technology roadmap through the year 2026.
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) and assess their impact on our business model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical vision and translate strategic goals into actionable development plans.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technology landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and clear manner.
- Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for future technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and tech partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a similar strategic role.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with emerging tech stacks and future-forward methodologies.
