- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-proofing methodologies
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with <2-year commercialization horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
