Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Decentralized Finance) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads focused on long-term product evolution and scalability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex future strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to ensure readiness for major market shifts in the next 3-5 years.
- Publish quarterly insights on future tech trends for the internal community.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of future trends including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of translating abstract futuristic concepts into actionable, realistic business roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
