Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical vision into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives and track progress against targets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Business
- Certifications in strategic management (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in C-suite presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States
