Responsibilities
- Define and lead the 2026 Technology Vision, identifying emerging trends that will disrupt our industry within the next 3 years.
- Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Robotics, Biotech) to inform product development and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to translate high-level strategic concepts into concrete execution plans.
- Prioritize innovation initiatives by assessing technical feasibility, market potential, and alignment with corporate goals.
- Build and maintain a network of industry thought leaders, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Oversee pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies, managing the lifecycle from ideation to market readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech landscapes, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into clear strategic insights.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change.
- Fluency in English; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
