Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype and validate next-gen technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on emerging trends (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Synthetic Data) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Manage the P&L for innovation labs and oversee the allocation of resources for experimental projects.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the company’s future-tech initiatives to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies that have disrupted the market.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and emerging hardware paradigms.
