We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Strategist to lead our organization through the technological paradigm shift expected by 2026. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and business strategy, defining the roadmap that will define our industry's future. You will be responsible for identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and advanced automation, and translating them into actionable business initiatives.
At Nexus Future Systems, we don't just predict the future; we build it. You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering leads to ensure our technology stack remains ahead of the curve, positioning us as the market leader well before the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to create a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan for the organization.
- Strategic Advisory: Advise the executive leadership team on technology investments, risk management, and innovation opportunities that align with business goals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify competitive advantages and potential threats to our market position.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on future tech initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation workshops and pilot programs to test and validate future tech concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Vendor Assessment: Evaluate and select technology partners and platforms that will drive long-term scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Tech Vision: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology roadmaps and innovation strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on new data.
