You will identify disruptive technologies, evaluate their feasibility, and guide our roadmap to ensure we remain at the forefront of the AI, Spatial Computing, and Autonomous Systems revolutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key innovations in AI, Robotics, and Extended Reality.
- Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies to inform product development cycles.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype high-impact concepts and validate technical hypotheses.
- Assess market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend strategic pivots for long-term growth.
- Communicate complex future-tech concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental hardware and software integrations.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-access research.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or working in R&D environments.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI trends.
- Experience with prototyping tools (Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
