Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototypes for autonomous medical diagnostics and climate modeling
- Secure $5M+ in federal/state innovation grants for sustainable tech initiatives
- Develop patent-pending solutions in human-AI symbiosis and ethical AI frameworks
- Partner with MIT/Stanford research labs on 5-year technology forecasting
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 8+ years in emerging tech deployment
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in neuromorphic engineering and federated learning architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interfaces
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal tech projects
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
