- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business roadmaps.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- R&D Management: Oversee partnerships with research institutions and tech startups focused on 2026 readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and apply them to business models.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
