Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and assess their potential impact on our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate future trends into actionable product and engineering strategies.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to provide early warnings on disruptive shifts and competitive threats.
- Present complex strategic visions to executive stakeholders with clarity and persuasive power.
- Oversee the 'Horizon Labs' initiative, experimenting with prototypes for the future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of forecasting long-term industry trends and adapting corporate strategy accordingly.
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape leading up to 2026, including Web3, GenAI, and IoT convergence.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear strategic narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in a leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
