Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct market analysis to position products for future competitive landscapes
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen digital experiences
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching future-facing products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex R&D environments
