Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 sustainability and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on tech evolution risks/opportunities
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks across 50+ product initiatives
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Collaborate with UN tech envoys on global digital policy initiatives
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
