- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record executing large-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing applications, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
