- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business growth targets
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile future-tech methodologies
- Pioneer industry partnerships for co-development of next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching products with 3-5 year development cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Executive experience in scaling innovation-led organizations
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
