Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives and board members
- Architect pilot programs for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technological adoption curves
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools and strategic foresight methodologies
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
