Responsibilities
Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning it with business goals.Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) for potential integration.Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and test future-forward solutions.Monitor global tech trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical executives.Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures.Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.Deep technical background with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Computing.Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in large-scale organizations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends accurately.Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred.Certification in Project Management or Strategic Planning (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) is a plus.
