Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, nanotech) into core infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure the impact of future-tech initiatives on business growth
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $15M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation to high-impact projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing transformative technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience scaling tech solutions from concept to global deployment
- Certification in Future Tech Strategy or equivalent foresight methodology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
