- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biocomputing, decentralized networks) for strategic alignment
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with academic institutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and foresight analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Proven track record of launching 3+ disruptive technologies to market
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (NSF, DARPA, DoE)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
