Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems architectures using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of senior engineers and developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions adhere to rigorous data protection and compliance standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, product managers, and data scientists, to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Cloud Migration: Drive the migration strategy to modern cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Rust, Go, or Java, and frameworks like Kubernetes, Docker, and gRPC.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and scaling systems to handle millions of requests.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Future-Forward Thinking: A passion for emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing infrastructure.
