Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting complex autonomous agents and generative workflows.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI evolution, identifying emerging paradigms in LLMs and reinforcement learning.
- Model Productionization: Translate theoretical research into production-grade models, optimizing for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Governance: Establish rigorous standards for code quality, data privacy, and ethical AI usage across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and engineers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and fostering a spirit of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused specifically on machine learning architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or similar foundation models.
- System Design: Strong ability to design systems that handle massive scale, high concurrency, and real-time inference.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from technical peers to executive leadership.
