Qualifications

- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 for ethical tech governance
- Published research in Nature/Science on sustainable tech innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder management
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
