Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation and ROI analysis
- Author thought leadership publications and patents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation fund allocation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
