- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ tech strategy aligning with company vision and market disruption

- Establish partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, neurotech, climate AI) and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated 5-year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in journals like Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Successful track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (scenario planning, Delphi method, AI trend analysis)
