Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum interfaces, neural interfaces)
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight findings to board members and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics (e.g., TED talks, MIT Sloan)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
