Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI governance, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum machine learning and climate tech
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to inform strategic investments
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption, including ethical AI frameworks and carbon-neutral computing initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and venture capital partners
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years focused on emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and regulatory domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 tech journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
