- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic computing, biocomputing) and assess enterprise adoption pathways
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system accountability
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proofing architectures and scalable system design
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in CTO/CTO-equivalent leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems, and Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or peer-reviewed tech journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes for AI/autonomous systems in multiple jurisdictions
