Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-convergence) for commercial viability and competitive positioning
- Lead high-impact innovation initiatives from concept to prototype validation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Portfolio of strategic documents or innovation frameworks implemented at scale
