Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI technical roadmap, translating high-level business goals into concrete engineering milestones.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of machine learning models and data pipelines, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Mentor and grow a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and researchers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks to drive technological adoption.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of data across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
