Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with long-term business objectives
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage innovation sprints to validate 2026 technology use cases
- Author strategic white papers on emerging tech trends for industry leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, TensorFlow)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
