Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Design and optimize deep learning models for high-performance processing on edge and cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to integrate breakthroughs into our stack.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all project deliverables.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
