Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary AI models designed for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms for high-performance inference on edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Designers.
- Identify and mitigate risks in data pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, integrating novel techniques into our production environment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
