- Mentor a 15-person multidisciplinary team of PhD researchers and engineers
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for proprietary 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
